Wininternals / Sysinternals Source Code

Prior to Microsofts acquisition of Sysinternals / Wininternals users were
able to download the source code for different utilities. Since then I am
unable to find a link for the source code. Is it still available for
download? If not, why?

Q: Can I license or re-use any Sysinternals source code?
A: No. We will no longer offer the Sysinternals source code for download or
license.

(No point in asking why? - these are now Microsoft tools and they can choose
to make source code available or not if they wish)
